Currently we detect 8 types of coughs with a confidence interval between 83% and 96% and the list is growing. We regularly update our detection capabilities. New cough types are added as research progresses.
Our analysis provides biomarker results with confidence intervals. These are not definitive diagnostic results.
Chesty Cough: Similar to a wet cough, it involves mucus that comes up from the chest.
Asthmatic Cough: A cough associated with asthma, often accompanied by wheezing and shortness of breath.
Croup: A barking cough, often accompanied by a loud, high-pitched noise when breathing in (stridor).
Tickly Cough: A cough caused by an irritation in the throat, often described as a tickling sensation.
Tuberculosis Cough: A persistent cough that is a symptom of tuberculosis, often producing blood-tinged mucus.
Bronchitis Cough: A persistent cough associated with bronchitis, often producing mucus.
Smoker's Cough: A persistent cough caused by smoking, often producing mucus.
Lung Cancer Cough: A persistent and can be either dry or productive. It may be accompanied by other symptoms like chest pain, weight loss, and shortness of breath.

The Analysis Process
Step # 1: Healthcare Professionals Subscription
Healthcare professionals subscribe through our website.
Step # 2: Send Patient Link – Optional, if Patient Away
Healthcare professionals sends a unique link to the patient through an SMS / text message or WhatsApp message. This link allows secure access to our recording interface (encrypted channel)
Step # 3: Patient Cough Recording
Patient records their cough either on their own phone through a link provided (or on the sterilized phone provided) by the healthcare provider. They have three attempts to ensure a quality sample.
Step #4: AI Analysis
Our AI processes the recording. It generates detailed biomarker data and visualizations.
Step #5: Healthcare Professionals Review
Healthcare professional receives comprehensive results. They can access waveforms, spectrograms, and the original recording.
